An accomplished professional with proven leadership in ISO certification, she served as Certification and Quality Manager in West Africa for SGS. She was a certified Lead Auditor and Lead Trainer affiliated with various certification bodies including SGS, TUV, and GBB, and was accredited by IRCA and CQI (UK). She holds an MSc in the Management of Quality Excellence from the UK and a Doctorate in Management Studies from India.
She is a seasoned ISO Lead Consultant with extensive experience across diverse sectors, including projects funded by USAID, World Bank, UNIDO, ECOWAS, and GTZ. She has trained over 4,000 auditors and lead auditors globally.
